Privacy Policy

Information you give us. When you unlock your blueprint we ask for your first name, last name, email address, mobile number, and optionally your business name.

Your diagnostic answers and results. Every answer you give, the six business maturity scores, your inferred business stage, primary ceiling, provider gap, recommended TPMC tier, and your future vision tier.

Technical and behavioural information. An anonymous visitor identifier stored in your browser, a diagnostic session identifier, your browser timezone and local hour, the pages and questions you view, the campaign parameters you arrived with such as UTM codes, referrer and landing page, and where available click identifiers from advertising platforms.

To produce and display your blueprint.

To follow up about your results, our programs, and partner opportunities when you have agreed to that.

To understand how the diagnostic is used so we can improve it.

To measure the performance of our marketing.

We use Google Tag Manager to deliver measurement tools, PostHog for product analytics, and where enabled the Meta and TikTok pixels for advertising measurement.

We deliberately do not send to advertising platforms any of the following: your PTIN or EFIN status, your EFIN operating model, any individual answer you gave, your six maturity scores, your overall machine score, your business stage, your primary ceiling, your provider gap, your recommended tier, any offer or price, or your name, email, phone, or business name. Advertising platforms receive campaign attribution and funnel events only.

Email. If you tick the email consent box, we may email you business growth material, training, partner opportunities, and offers based on your results. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

Text messages. If you tick the SMS consent box, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from The Tax Pro Millionaires Circle LLC at the number you provided, including follow up related to your results, programs, events, and offers. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help.

We do not sell or share your mobile phone number or your SMS opt in data with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Both consent boxes are separate, optional, and start unchecked. You can complete the diagnostic and receive your blueprint without agreeing to either.

GoHighLevel, our customer relationship management and messaging provider, which stores your contact details and sends our email and text messages.

PostHog, our product analytics provider, which receives anonymous behavioural events.

Google Tag Manager, which delivers measurement tags to the page.

Meta and TikTok, when their advertising tags are enabled, which receive advertising safe funnel events and campaign attribution only.

We do not sell your personal information.

We keep diagnostic results and contact records while we have an ongoing relationship with you, and afterwards only for as long as we need them for the purposes described above or as the law requires.

We store information on secured infrastructure and restrict access to it. No system is perfectly secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

This service is intended for business owners and tax professionals aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
