By using the TPMC Tax Business Scale Diagnostic you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the diagnostic.

The service is provided by The Tax Pro Millionaires Circle LLC, 5830 E 2nd St, Ste 7000 #24603, Casper, WY 82609.

The diagnostic is a self assessment tool. It produces an interpretation of the answers you provide about your tax business, including six maturity scores, an inferred business stage, a primary ceiling, a provider gap, a recommended TPMC partner tier, and a future vision tier.

It is informational only. It is not tax, legal, accounting, or financial advice, and using it does not create a client, advisory, or professional relationship with us.

Your results are generated from your own answers and are directional. We do not guarantee any particular business outcome, income, growth, ranking, or result from using the diagnostic or from any TPMC package.

You confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are entitled to provide it. How we handle it is described in our Privacy Policy.

Prices shown are for the TPMC partner tiers and may change. Where a sale price is displayed it applies only within its published window, after which the standard price applies again. Payment plans are available on some tiers and are described on the results page.

Any package you purchase is governed by the agreement you accept at the time of purchase.

Buttons on the results page open our scheduling page, which is operated by a third party. That provider's own terms and privacy practices apply to your use of it.

TPMC Tax Business Scale Diagnostic™, Your Tax Business Machine™, LeadSyntrex™, and TPMC Operating System™, along with the diagnostic questions, the scoring model, the results framework, and all other content on this site, belong to us or our licensors.

Do not scrape, copy, resell, or attempt to reverse engineer the diagnostic, its scoring model, or its content, and do not use the service in a way that breaks the law or interferes with other users.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the diagnostic. The diagnostic is provided on an as is basis.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

We may update these terms. When we do we will update the effective date above. Continued use of the diagnostic after a change means you accept the updated terms.
